A PEN AND PAPER OR A MIC IN MY HAND.

The Author, the Poet and Psalmist.  This Detroiter has a unique way of blending words onto a canvas to make a poetic melody stand out above the rest.  Upon an early age of giving her life to Christ this gift was laid upon her and she has been pruning it ever since.  

Every genre of the arts has been made an introduction in her life.  This Chosen Vessel comes from good stock where music and song plays divine roles.  She has served in Leadership of retail sales and entrepreneurship for over 20 years combined.  Her gifts have honed her to be the Anointed Child of God that is needed in this millennium. Keena’s words have been published in the National Society of Poetry publications since the early 1990’s.  She discontinued that relationship as her gift made room for her in various pulpits and behind podiums from welcoming congregations to giving significant stances to momentous occasions. In 2017, her first poetry collaboration was released.  “My Timbrel & Dance: Confessions of a Poetic Praiser has enlightened the worshippers and hit the heavy hearts when needed to be uplifted. A faithful client of hers has described her initial book as “a jewel that is potent for meditation moments”.

There is an encouragement and an inspiration that is poured into every word that is given through this poet.  She paints pictures in expressions of things we tend to say or not say. She pens the quiet person to speak in this way so that they can be heard loud and clear.  There is a regal patent to her words and an elegance of poise in how she delivers them. She is a woman after God’s own heart reserving the rights to every word that God endows upon her.  This is her ministry, with her standards designed as a petition to reach heaven and hearts by any means necessary.
